Character Description

A man fitted in a child's magician suit. He wears a top hat and carries cards on his person, he's noted for being an infamous thief, but it's ironic because they never rob anything big and most cases the pro-heroes arrive far too late to even catch Magician. He rides around with a lot of people that have eye grabbing quirks, they also wear a benevolence tattoo on their cheek. It is noted that when caught, these people have no information regarding their gang and seem to be just new recruits.
